The lovely hotel staff, the style of the hotel, the breakfast, the parking for our car, etc. We had a very pleasant stay there.
YAcuzzi, bathroom, decoration of the suite (I spend one day in the suite)
Too much expensive, rooms are little. The door are not large. I had problems going to terrazza with carrito. Although there was free wifi, there was no computer with internet. So if you have not an own laptop you cannot connect. The worste was the bar on terrazza. I asked a fanta and it was spoiled as the other. Spumante staying out frigo. Bad. I'll never suggest it to anyone
Hotel has a nice arabian feel to it. Room was small but nicely done with a unique bathroom and large shower and comforatble bed. Hotel staff were nice and helpful.
Breakfast area really cramped. The terrace was clearly not open yet which was a shame. The location is edge of the city - 25 mins walk to cathedral - not a problem for us but it might be for others. Really expensive for what it was but that was during the festival period so may be better value at other times. Having paid extra for a "Superior room" I cannot fathom what was superior about it - it certainly wasn't the view and whilst it was clean and comfortable it was simple and not very big.
The receptionist was really helpful. She was good at suggesting and then arranging restaurants for us. She rang to make sure they were open and gave us directions how to find our way there. She also gave us a bigger room than the standard one as the hotel was not full.
Bit far out from the main attractions of the city.
Poor cleanliness of room when first checked in (hair on floor)
Pleasing decor. Individuality. Pleasant and helpful staff. Away from, but only a short walk to, the main tourist destinations and execellent bars and restaurants.
The breakfast was lovely with a good choice and great coffee However, slightly cramped eating area would be my only criticism.
Nice big bed, decor, better breakfast than expected.
Uncomfortable bath but understand that it fits in with the 'vibe'
Friendly staff, interesting internal decor and bedroom layout.
Location at least 20 minutes walk from main tourist attractions. Somewaht pricey for what was offered,
Easy to get to when travelling to Seville by car. Car parking available. Walking distance to the centre of the city.
Breakfast was a bit disorganised. One day you were offered something and the other day you weren'T. I think this was mainly due to the fact English was not a strength of the waitresses.
Very overpriced, given location (good 20 mins walk from cathedral), and lack of facilities. Room cannot really be described as a "junior suite" and was not particularly large.
good location, environment is unique
a bit old, food is too simple
The style of the room and great staff
A bit of a walk to good restaurants and sights
